Responsibilities + Skills
Maintain an effective diary system. Conduct product search to establish the full exposure of the client(s) within SBSA. Attend to a thorough account analysis of the entire account history and relevant documents, detailing and escalating any potential risk to the Bank.
Identify accounts forming part of the various securitisation structures. Understand the details of the underlying agreements in respect of all the various securitisation structures. In depth knowledge of the Home Loans origination documents for purposes of interpretation and quality assurance.
Working in teams, sharing of skills and multi-skilling. Perform an inspection function, review the legal action taken and scrutinise documentation ensuring there are no reasonable grounds for a future judgment to be rescinded. Source outstanding source documentation relevant for the litigation process. Escalate any apparent risks in the litigation/collection process that may impact on the integrity and
