Responsibilities + Skills
Enable Business Unit service delivery through implementing systems and processes to improve service and implement quality systems and metrics for measuring service levels and satisfaction.Consult to business areas around process and operational risk procedure requirements and deliver initiatives in accordance with business requirements and agreed timelines and ensure that the team delivers against the agreed process framework (e.g. processes are mapped in relevant tools) and ensure that all deliverables (processes, specifications and procedures) have gone through an internal QA process
