Purpose of the jobThe OD Specialist will be responsible for the research and development of organisation design methodologies and frameworks, and leading transformational organisational design initiatives across the organisation. This could include the development of governance frameworks, interaction models and aligning competency models. This role will interface with SPA HRBPs and SPA specialists whilst in design and People Shared Services to assist in the execution of these initiatives.

7 years HR experience with 5 of those in an organisational design role3 - 5 years consulting to senior internal or external clientsPreferably experience in job evaluationExperience in managing projects or large processes with multiple stakeholdersExperience in large corporate, Retail preferable
