Candidate Duties and Responsibilities:Provide operational and administrative support to the Account Managers and staff.Agenda and minutes to meetingsUnderstand the value of each doc;Interpret time urgency and due dates of certain docs.Travel arrangements / local and international for all staffCirculation and management of communication to all staffManaging access to DirectorsLooking after and attending to ad hoc requirements of DirectorsDesign and send work anniversary emails;Buy gifts for work anniversaries according to the gift policy;Checking of grammar and spelling of workflow documentation before it is circulated to the client;Ensuring that all email signatures are in accordance to the email signature branding document;Ensure staff photographs are taken of all new staff and circulated to the correct people to update our website;Be willing to assist with Reception duties should the receptionist be off ill;Be willing to assist with ad-hoc duties throughout the office.
