Job Description
Candidate Duties/ Responsibilities:. Act as the communication medium in the office to relevant internal and external stakeholders. Prepare and edit correspondence, professional documents, reports and presentations, at a high level of quality. Responsible to analyse and interpret financial data. Provide administrative support to the Chairman. Proof read correspondence, agreements and contracts before escalating for approval. Communicates directly, and on behalf of the Director with clients, staff and others. Assist Chairman in a personal capacity as and when required
Responsibilities + Skills
. Tertiary Qualification in Financial Management / Financial Analysis / Accounting preferred (Advantageous). Solid financial understanding
Education
. 1- 3 Years experience in a similar position. Budget and Financial controls. Basic Accounting practices
