Job DescriptionPurpose Ensure Final Assembly line is supplied with the correct material of the right quality and quantity on time and manage stock systematically and physically and ensure accuracy. Key responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: Planning Management Review production plan, work orders to determine materials requirements (MRP) (4 – 5 week visibility) Issuance of Item PO’s for reported shortages to avoid production delays Check run in change and ECO for new parts identified but not on the bills of materials (BOM) Inform procurement of shortages in advance (at least 2 weeks) Manage logical warehouse and update on a weekly basis Controlling and management of end of life (EOL) materials Long term inventory (LTI) management and reporting on a weekly basis Item price management Management of Air & Sea shipments and receiving Report all shortages to avoid production delays or impact Manage system transactions for import claims and ship back processes Policies and procedures Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes and procedures. Comply with policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements Meet/exceed average production standards. System Monitoring PPH & GERP system management Weekly & SCM Dashboard (KPI) Inventory control systematically and physically Investigate stock variances and update the system Monitor inventory control systematically

Education
warehouse procedures Proven track record in the production environment MS Office and Excel at an advanced level Ability to use database for recording and reporting Powerpoint (including good presentation skills) Required Competencies Highly detail oriented
Experience
Experience Grade 12 Warehouse & Stock Management Certificate/Diploma an added advantage 2 5 years related experience Good knowledge of production, sales and general
