Candidate Key purpose:Dynamic team-player who will support a key strategic arm of the business. To provide administrative support and services to the General Manager, while supporting the general needs of the Strategic Risk Management Department. Support the General Manager and Department through effective coordination of daily responsibilities.Key outputsSecretarialTaking and relaying messages accuratelyDiary and email management for General Manager and other managers if requiredScheduling meetings: Room bookings, Set up, and related document preparationPreparation of Agenda's, minutes. Matters arising and timeous distributionEffectively deal with internal queries the same dayCollecting and returning visitors to the reception areaContinuously build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external clients if requiredGeneral administration duties as required of the roleProvide ongoing and professional support to Management team within the areaCompiling reports or presentations in a professional manner2 years administration experience3 years working experience as a PA to Senior ManagementMatric Qualification
