As a Business Support Coordinator, you will responsible for the following:Prioritize multiple demands/projectSupport Chief of Staff and Regional team with projectsCompilation of material/briefing packs for the respective meetingsSchedule meetings, manage calendars and record minutes as neededSupport stakeholder engagement both internally and externallyBooking and coordinating regional team travel arrangements within company policy and approved budget guidelinesManage billing, invoices, budgets, expense reports and purchase orders for the regional management team.Adhoc support to the regional team as requiredArrange and coordinate events as may be required from time to time.Prepare/review correspondence, newsletters, reports and presentations as requiredThis role will be reporting into the Chief of Staff who currently manages the CEO as well as full exco teamSupporting 7 markets regional teams as well as the Exco Operational, Commercial, Strategic and Innovation.
