Job Description

Project ManagerThis role reports to the Business Optimisation Programme Manager in the TFG Business Optimisation Division and will play a key role in supporting and coordinating delivery across multiple project streams.Please note that this role is a 6-month contract, renewable to an additional 6 to 18 monthsKey Performance AreasApplying Project Management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to the effective management of multiple, large, complex projects.Supporting the Programme Manager in establishing Project Governance standard, structure, roles, approach, and ensure it is adopted and understood by the team and broader stakeholder groups.Guiding and supporting stream leads regarding Project Governance and good project practices.Ensuring key Project Control documents are in place and managed throughout the project lifecycle.Ensuring that cross-functional impacts and interdependencies are identified and managed with the relevant teams.Adopting the Change Management Framework, change impacts understood and Change Strategy agreed.Working with the relevant teams to identify key risks and issues to be managed and keeping an updated risk log for the Programme.Supporting the Programme manager in the preparation of Board Packs and presentations, financial reports, , tracking and management of costs across all streams
