Provide assistance, guidance and mentorship to junior Quantitative AnalystsAssist with the entire model value chainDevelop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships within FNB and/or across the FRGContinuously assess own performance, seek timely and clear feedback and request training where appropriateContinuously refine and enhance models to facilitate decision-makingEnsure compliance to legislative and audit requirements and adherence to relevant processesBuild working relationships across teams and functional lines in order to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovation
