Minimum Requirements: must meet all of the following:Must highly value customer serviceMinimum 3 years’ administration related and reception experienceMust be fluent in both English and Afrikaans (speak clearly, read andwrite)Must be proficient in Microsoft OfficeExcellent Telephone Etiquette & Customer Service SkillsAbility to be innovative, resourceful and proactive when issuesariseExcellent administrative and organizational skillsMulti-tasking and time management skillsProfessional attitude and dress codeResponsible & HonestEnergetic & HappyDuties & Responsibilities: include but not limited to the following: Reception dutiesAnswer, screen and redirect phone calls or take messages whenneededCoordinate front-desk andreception area (phones, emails, visitors, couriers etc)Follow up on outstanding orders, queries, collections,deliveries etcResponding to emails & Handling of customer care queries Provide basic and accurate information in person, or via phone /e-mailPresenting promotions to clients via phone / e-mailProcessing orders and allocating to the correct departmentGreet and welcome visitors as soon as they arrive, offerrefreshments & inform the appropriate personMaintains a clean and presentable reception at all timesMaintain office and data security by following the correct proceduresGeneral typing and updating of client infoScanning of documents, e-mailing and typing of documents General filing & ad hoc admin duties
