Ordering of stationery and office supplies Acknowledge, respond and escalate client queriesRequirements Excellent telephone etiquette 2-3 years working experience in a similar role Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans Good verbal and written communication skills
Perform receptionist duties such as welcoming clients, answering the telephone and transferring to relevant persons Accurate and efficient data capturing Filing and updating of spreadsheets Catering for meetings
