PURPOSE OF THE JOB:The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the HRD Mangers in administrationand participation in the diagnosing, researching, designing, coordinate, evaluatingand facilitating the implementation of Human Resource Development methods,programmes, policies and procedures at UKZN. These programmes, namely:Organisation Development (OD) Employee Assistance and Wellbeing (EAP),Alternative Dispute Resolution, Learning, Training and Development (LTD) are directedtowards enabling others to cultivate and sustain productive working relationships, aswell as improving university’s performance.
Responsibilities + Skills
Matric plus a relevant three (3) year tertiary qualification.
minimum of three (3) years relevant working experience, in a busy andpressurized office environment in a large organisation.
