A FMCG company seeks an experienced FMCG Sales Manager meeting the following specifications:=A Bachelor of Commerce degreeMinimum 5 years’ Regional Key Accounts Management experience in a FMCG food manufacturing environment - this is essential!Lead and manage the implementation and achievement of the company’s comercial strategyMust have experience in Implementing pricing strategies, assessing and tracking ROI on pricing dealsPreviously experience in incorporating promotional plans, co-oprative budget spend and category managementDuties will include management of optimal distribution of products; managing timeous order processing, out of stock and delivery issues with distributor; Analysing sales data to derive customer growth opportunities; track and reallocate trade spend budget in order to achieve profitability targets; trading term negotiations with key customers etcWill be leadeing a regional sales teamTravel to other provinces will be requiredBEE appointment – mid 30’s candidate preferred
