Kendrick Recruitment have an exciting new role for a Reserve Manager / Head Guide in the Umfolozi, KZN area.The position requires someone experienced in managing anti-poaching, security, maintenance, conservation and wildlife operations in addition to managing and leading people.DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED– At least 10 years in a similar position with FGASA 1 essential and FGASA Trails desirable– Design and implementation of the reserve protocols and procedures– Employment, training and management of Guiding team– Firearm training , purchasing and license management– Knowledge of / or experience with community conservation projects and the management of community liaison and forums to support conservation goals– Experience with maintenance and property management essential– Proven experience in wildlife security and anti-poaching
