A historic wine farm situated half way between Cape Town and Stellenbosch, privately owned, operates a 70-seater A la Carte restaurant at their Manor House, seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager.THE CANDIDATE MUST BE ABLE TO:Manage a busy setup, which can cater for up to 115 pax, when the outside terrace is open.THIS ESTABLISHMENT RUNS TWO SHIFTS AS FOLLOWS:First Shift: 06h00 – 15h00Second Shift: 15h00 – Close (The kitchen closes at 22h00)You will alternate 3 early shifts and 2 late shifts, 6-days’ a week, with your Assistant Restaurant Manager.
