Candidate will be required to: Train and motivate and manage all restaurant staff.Assist with queries and guests complaintsManage the entire service operation of the restaurant.Create and maintain relationship with guests in the restaurant.Daily meetings and handovers with staffStaff rostering.Maintain and achieve restaurant targets.
Responsibilities + Skills
Must have grade 12 and be computer literate.Formal hospitality degree/diploma preferable.
Polite, friendly person with a strong personality that can think on their feet.Well spoken and well presented individual.Strong leader who have been in charge of employees before.
Micros System Experience required.Minimum of 3 years experience in a management position in a similar restaurant
