Candidate Duties/ Responsibilities:Supporting department managers and staff.Responsible for all aspects of petty cash/approval thereof/payouts/re-consCompletion of credit notes and debit journalsAttend to all staff related queriesCreating, updating, and maintaining records and databasesUpdating office policies and proceduresScheduling company calendar and updating as neededCompare clocking sheets with actual work time for pay purposesGeneral follow up of work with employees and clientsResponsible for cash collection by SBV guardsDo re-cons on the following: cash/routes/safe/cashiersPreparing reports on expenses, office budgets, and other expenditureAligns with HR Department with requests, such as:Personnel queriesPay benefitsMedical aidsRetirement fundsAssist with new employment of workers, fixed term contracts and permanent contracts
Responsibilities + Skills
Have a minimum of 2 years experience within the Retail environmentPrevious experience as an AdministratorGood time management skillsHave a matric certificate
Education
A Degree/ Diploma in Administration will be an advantageExcellent communication interpersonal skillsBe bilingualBe computer literate in MS Office
