Food retail shop in Randpark Ridge area is looking for a Butchery Manager. Looking for candidates with 8+ years' experience in butchery management, preferably in a retail environment. General butchery management skills required. Must be skilled in meat preparation and cutting as well as have knowledge of meat aging techniques.
