Job Description
Duties ad responsibilities include but are not limited to:Reply to emails (enquiries, quotations, orders)Greet and service customers with a smileEffectively manage the pay pointEnsure cash box area is neat and tidyEnsure all petty cash is availableEnsure all daily stationery is availableProvide customers with quotationsFollow up with quotations not processedProcess and place customer ordersFollow up with suppliers for customer ordersAssist customer with returns/exchanges of goodsProvide customers with feedback regarding the progress of their order/sFollow-up with supplier/s regarding stock orders for the storeAssist stores with receipt of stock and stock countUpdate success tracker on a daily basisDay end cash-up and balancing of all monies (account, credit card, cheque, cash)
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
Matric certificate or anything equivalent to NQF level 4Proven internal sales experience
Experience
Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per dayProficient with corporate productivity and web presentation toolsExcellent verbal and written communications skillsStrong listening and presentation skills
