The Invictus Education Group is looking for dynamic Sales Manager.The Sales Manager ensures that Invictus’s Customer acquisition and revenue growth targets are met by keeping our Company competitive and innovative. The Sales Manager is responsible for maximizing the Sales teams potential, crafting sales plans, justifying the plans to Senior management, effectively implementing the plans and meeting/exceeding the plans goals. The Sales Manager is responsible for supervising and organizing the sales team and co-ordinates with the marketing department on lead generation. The Sales Manager oversees the activities and performance of the sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitating the ongoing training of the sales people, both individually and as a Team.
Responsibilities + Skills
Diploma in Marketing or Business Administration (preferred but not a re-requisite if proven track record in Sales & Sales Management)
Minimum 2 years Sales Management experienceMinimum 3 years Sales experienceProven track record of positive sales performance
