Ultimately we grow and protect wealth.What will you do?This is a regional sales management role which is responsible for managing a team of vested Financial Advisor’s that have more than 24 months’ experience. These Financial Advisor’s would either have been transferred to the Sales Manager after they have vested under the Development Manager, or are experienced Advisors that have been recruited directly into this team from outside.Output/Core Tasks:The expectations of the role is to:Create and drive sales plans, targets and growthMarketing and business building supportCoaching and development of FA’sManage business retention processesCompliance and risk managementEnable practice managementOversee quality and productivity managementProvide effective People and Performance ManagementBudgets and expense management of teamRecruiting of Experienced Financial Intermediaries
Responsibilities + Skills
Management DiplomaCommercial/Financial or business related diploma/degree
Education
Extensive Financial Services experience in a marketing/sales environmentSales and Operational Management/leadership of a team/unit
