Job Details Information Technology: systems development, business analysis, architecture, project management, data warehousing, infrastructure, maintenance and productionJob PurposeTo support Salesforce Users to access the system, create users in the correct structure to which has been design to avoid the breach on MNPI information, design dashboards and reporting, ensure assist with dashboard , user Salesforce portfolio management, support users through all the client processes enabled in Salesforce.Key Responsibilities/AccountabilitiesContribute to their service delivery:Engaging with the business with respect to technology related changes as well as functional peers to collaborate and share information related to the IT service provided.VendorsEngaging with vendors with respective to service or technology providedManage the relationshipService stability availability and reliability:Contribute to service stability, availability and reliability by providing level two technical support coupled with business or domain knowledge in order to ensure continued service of the relevant service provided by IT.

Education

Secondary school/High school/A levels/MatricDiploma - Information TechnologyFirst Degree - Information Technology

Experience

4 years Experience in IT SupportGain understanding and experience defining business requirements related to an IT application.
