Job PurposeTo lead the ongoing development of the Wealth Salesforce deployment by improving processes and adoption using the SalesForce platform. To work closely with Wealth Business Units and Executives/managers, and subject matter experts to identify, develop and deploy new business processes. To assume the roles of technical project manager, administrator and Salesforce analyst and execute on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of the CRM platform.Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities Technology & ArchitectureIdentify process changes that need to be made in order to enhance the effectiveness of the Wealth business processes.Manage the work environment of Salesforce.com by working as primary System Administrator with multiple users.Manage all executive functions i.e. maintenance of user accounts, records, dashboards, and additional conventional tasks so that data remains accurate and readily available.Create and maintain reports in Salesforce and extract insights from data for the purpose of advancing business revenue.Engage in the assessment, extension, and conclusion of new requests for development.Use duplication tools to scrub duplicate data from the database in order to keep the system running efficiently.
Responsibilities + Skills
Provide training to new and inexperienced Salesforce users in the organisation to build skill development and to facilitate their participation in Salesforce-related processes.
Act as the gatekeeper of sales and marketing data by creating user accounts and determining the proper level of access based on an employee's role within the organisation.
