Job PurposeProvide authorisation support to Standard Bank employees globally on all SAP HR Systems.Key Responsibilities/AccountabilitiesEnsure sustainable SAP HR Authorisations• Use SAP HR Authorisation concepts to design authorisation roles for all SAP Systems used by Human Resources. – Structural Authorisations & SAP GRC• Document SAP HR authorisation processes, standards and procedures with the focus on customer centricity. Update and align all documentation according to defined security principles. - Structural Authorisations & SAP GRC• Manage and resolve authorisation incidents as specified within the SLA ensuring quick response times to end users.• Build/Amend Structural Authorisation Profiles as and when needed. Have a good understanding of structural authorisations and be able to explain the access in business language.• Build and maintain authorisation roles to manage segregation of duties.• Manage & assign authorisation roles to user that does not cause segregation of duties.• Ensure that authorisation roles are managed according to the defined authorisation design.• Ensure that the team adhere to defined change management standards and processes defined when transporting authorisation roles or sap security configuration to the production environment.• Review and update the authorisation process once updates are approved and recommend relevant amendments to standard operating procedures.
Responsibilities + Skills
Act as the subject matter expert for the Standard Bank global SAP HR & GRC Authorisations across all relevant processes by displaying technical and soft/leadership skills.
Manage authorisation risk that may negatively impact Standard Bank and comply with audit requirements to manage authorisation risk. Execute the correction audit findings by integrating defined monitoring procedures to ensure the audit findings do not recur.
