The position of Seller Support Team Lead reports to the Customer Service Manager.
Your responsibilities will include:
Team performance management
- Achieve, monitor and exceed agreed team performance goals (i.e. Average handing time, ticket aging etc)
- Implement action plans to resolve performance barriers as needed
- Address and support significant seller support issues i.e. unusual contact volumes, unusual contact drivers
- Work closely with the 2nd Seller Support team lead
Responsibilities + Skills
Regularly review and analyze key metrics in Seller Support to identify root causes and formulate solutions to improve performanceAbility to develop and set up reporting for metrics.Managing seller feedback into continuous performance improvement processes
The role will interface frequently with the Marketplace Product team in the development and release of new product featuresFurthermore, the role interacts daily with the Customer Service, Catalogue and Distribution Centres teams.
