Identify, manage and monitor the group's legal and reputational risk in respect of group publications and in projecting the image of the group by ensuring compliance with the Nedbank Language Policy and regulatory and other requirements.Job ResponsibilitiesEdit, rewrite, write, information-map and proof documents to meet Nedbank Group Language Policy requirements.Ensure compliance of group publications with industry-regulated procedures, standards and legislation.Develop and implement business terminology.Identify the need for and develop, monitor and streamline documentation production processes and procedures.Network and manage staff-client relationships to build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients and stakeholders.Establish and/or participate in business meetings for the relevant structures e.g. committees and associations and manage staff participation to contribute to stakeholder relationships.Monitor and manage the execution of document production to ensure compliance with policy and due process within agreed timeframes.Contribute to the formulation of the Nedbank Group Language Policy to mitigate risk.Management the development and standardisation of business terminology across identified languages to meet Nedbank Group Language Policy requirements.Do continuous research to ensure best practice.Mitigate risk by identifying, monitoring and managing communication non-compliance.mentor junior members of the team.Manage specific language projects as decided by the Head of Nels.
