TFG Logistics is looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and efficient individual, who can add ongoing value to the in-house Engineering team.Key performance areas:Distribution centre process analysis and improvementsFacility and materials handling layout analysis and improvements designCost control, annual budgeting and ROI calculationsManaging and executing key engineering and logistics projectsChange management and training when implementing new processes in operationsCapacity analysis and forecastingProductivity & process evaluation projects using method and work-study knowledgeConduct various feasibility studies including analyses and improvement of the maintenance processAssist the Engineering team to align TFG Logistics with the Group supply chain projects and TFG strategyInvestigate the latest in logistics & engineering technology and present findings and feasibilityAssist in health & safety and “Green” initiatives within logisticsEnsure that industry best practices are adhered toHelps identify key automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costEmploy ergonomics processes in the workplace to result in higher efficiencyHas an understanding of health and safety requirements on construction sites
