ABOUT THE ROLE/PURPOSE OF THE JOBThe incumbent will be a single point of accountability and entry for the Procure to pay process. She/he will be responsible to lead and manage the total Supply Chain function for SCO by understanding and responding to unique supply chain needs through optimisation of demand management function to meet business requirement while achieving cost containment objectives.FUNCTIONAL OUTPUTThe successful applicant would be responsible for the following key performance areas, although this list is not exhaustive:Direct execution of the Supply Chain function to enable the supply chain to function as a single synchronised network within Primary Plants and support business continuity.Enhancing supply chain performance within the Primary Plants by pro-actively engaging with stakeholders on multiple levels and supporting intra-functional integration (demand management execution, category management, operations support).Responsible for demand accuracy and quality by aggregating and analysing demand, challenge and influencing Primary Plants end-users when required.Oversee SHE/product safety activities within SCOOversee the development and implementation of processes, procedures and governance for demand management in SCO

Responsibilities + Skills

Preferred experience in operating in a Shared Services environment.Understanding the Inbound and supply chain environment and functionality


Relevant University Bachelor's Hons degree.


12 years experience.Preferred 12 years in Supply Chain, with 3 years in leadership.Preferred experience in operating in a Shared Services environment.
