Senior Manager: Requirements

Job Description

Job Purpose
To build management foundation and to deliver operational excellence and productivity.Ensure the smooth running of the Business Analyst (BA) team and its delivery; to ensure that it is a value adding centre servicing all stakeholders.Directly manage theBA Team Leads and indirectly the BAs reporting to the Team Leads; coordinating the functions that the team is responsible for. Define the strategic direction of the team in line with the overall Nedbank and cluster strategies as well as the benefits for the teamand ensure that these are tracked and measured against the applicable strategic drivers.
Job Responsibilities
1. Management of a team of business leads (Both BA and PE roles)

2. Fulfilling senior consultant role with BITE and Business on interpreting and translating business strategy in solutions and or project/resource requirements

3. Managing the upskilling and mentoring of staff in direct line and staff in resource pools when mentoring is required

4. Managing business assets that staff can utilise to improve delivery

Diploma in Business Analysis: IIBA Endorsed Togaf BABOK


Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior CertificateAdvanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees
