Candidate Duties/ Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to the businessProvide PA assistance to the Executive teamEnsure the confidentiality and security of all documentsOrganizing diaries, including the scheduling of meetings, issuing of calendar invites and booking of meetingsTracking ongoing projectsKeep track of important submission datesAssist in the front office (greeting and screening of visitors, answering telephone calls)Taking calls and messages in a professional mannerGeneral typing of documentsKeeping record of information (creating folder matters, bids, board pack preparation)Preparing and maintaining reportsBooking all required travel arrangements (flights, hotel, car rental, etc.) and other support required for travelManage the day-to-day operations of the teamProviding instructional work to the teamTaking minutesEvent management of inhouse events, workshops, training, etc.
Responsibilities + Skills
Previous working experience in a project environmentProficiency in MS Office (intermediate to advanced Excel skills)Ability to handle pressureMust be process driven and assertiveExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong planning, organizing and coordinating skills
Minimum 2 years administrative / PA / Secretary experience within the financial services sector
