Job PurposeTo identify and resolve most complex issues related to IdentityIQ and be the final point of resolution before consulting externally. Create and/or maintain documentation of all processes; procedures and standards that enable the specific product and its application within Nedbank. Develop optimum solutions that meet both business and technology requirements. Design Technical Solution relating to Identity and SecurityIQ. This role also requires a mix of systems administration and programming experience.Job ResponsibilitiesConsult and provide advice on the use of the specific product including development and configurationWeb interface-based configuration and non-coding development for the IdentityIQ solution.To install, customize and implement the IdentityIQ solution.Configuration of code in support of all components of the IdentityIQ solution. This ranges from workflows to adapters and system configuration.Work collaboratively with stakeholders, provides advice to business on best demonstrated practiced for the the IdentityIQ system.Identifies and resolves most complex technical issues related to the IdentityIQ system. (Final point of resolution before consulting externally).Documentation of all processes, procedures and standards that enable the IdentityIQ system is maintain and communicated.Stays abreast of changes related to the product.
Responsibilities + Skills
J2EE certification (advantage)CISSP certification (advantage)
2 - 5 years experience in Identity and Access Management environment2 - 5 years of professional work experience (ideally includes 1 year of enterprise software implementation experience).Minimum with 3 years experience in software design and data.
