The People and Culture team is looking for a Senior Recruiter to help us find this talent in a highly competitive market.
IDEAL CANDIDATE - WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Understand the broader business and how talent in each unit contributes to achieving our vision.
Partner with leadership to understand their talent needs and build an acquisition strategy in line with Yoco's strategic imperatives.
Build and leverage multiple recruitment channels to build our employer brand and attract the best talent.
Use data and insights to build talent pipelines and source quality candidates.
Continuously build and optimise recruitment processes that are scalable and guarantees an excellent candidate experience.
Play an active role in planning and attending events that will help achieve our acquisition strategy.
Train and coach hiring managers on recruitment practices and processes.
Ensure good quality hiring decisions by reviewing feedback, providing compensation guidance and managing offers.
Manage relationships with external recruitment partners and service providers.
Get involved in other People and Culture activities that will improve the overall candidate experience above and beyond the hiring process.
Responsibilities + Skills
Self-directed with a strong ability to multitask and work under pressure.Collaborative with strong interpersonal and coaching skills.Customer service ethic, high expectations for quality and attention to detail.Ability to solve complex people problems, make decisions and provide expert advice.
National Diploma or Bachelors Degree or higher in a relevant field.6+ years of relevant working experience in talent acquisition (a combination of in-house and agency recruitment will be beneficial).
Experience in financial services or technology environments - proven experience in attracting and acquiring technical talent.Understands the entire People/ HR function and employee lifecycle.Takes initiative, goes deep to get to the big picture / essence and stays open minded.Preference for using data to shape talent acquisition strategies.
