Responsibilities + Skills
Education: The Senior Training and Development Manager must have a bachelors degree in Training & Development, Psychology, Education, Human Resources, Business, or any other related field. An equivalent of the same in working experience is also acceptable for the position.
Experience and understanding of SETA (especially SSETA) policies, processes, procedures, and systems is a must
