Job Description

Service Managers are typically responsible for managing service level agreements with customers and external service providers. The Service Manager role includes the following tasks: Defining and managing service level agreements with customers.Primary Responsibilities for the RoleBuilding a personal relationship with key client staffMonitor successful service delivery – SLA achievement and high level of customer satisfactionMonitoring overall performance of services to assigned clients – as per SLAGood communication around issues and opportunities – get things done, make things happenCollaborating with Account Managers on client management and growthEnsuring operational teams are aware of changes at assigned clientsPrepare service pack to be discussed during client visitsService reporting back to MANCOFollowing up if service delivery is not meeting expectationsIdentify possible need for new products and services and liaise with Business Development (Education)
