The main purpose of the job is to lead the Finance Operational Support team, responsible for support and maintenance of TFG’s SAP application which integrates with multiple Finance and Business System applications.

Responsibilities + Skills
Make recommendation regarding system enhancement and the elimination of Technical DebtEngage with Project Delivery teams to ensure the successful transition of new and enhanced systems, from Development to ProductionEnsure that the technical skills and capacity of the Operational Support Team are aligned to the Project Portfolio and Systems Roadmap for TFG Finance Systems.
Provide system maintenance and operational support services for TFGs SAP/ERP platform and Financial Systems landscapeEnsure that Operational Support services align to Service Level and Service Availability KPIsIdentify and implement Continual Service Improvements (CSI)
A relevant tertiary qualificationMinimum of 8 10 years experience within IT, Finance and AccountingProven track record and expert knowledge of SAP/ERPExposure to and working knowledge of BPC, BW4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Analysis for Office (A4O)
