What will you do?
As a strong contributor in a small and dynamic team, the candidate will be expected to generate strategic & market intelligence (SI & MI) for the Group Strategy process and support in the planning and engagements within such process. Besides a strong analytical mind and an interest in environmental scanning and analysis, the candidate also needs to have strong interpersonal skills; an aptitude to learn how to effect strategic change in a large organisation; and a positive attitude towards personal learning and development. Flexibility and adaptability are therefore crucial. Key activities will include: Content Support: Analysis, Insight and Co-ordination. Research, communication and engagement. Process Support: Santam Strategy process, including other processes within the Strategic Unit
