Job Description

Job ResponsibilitiesIdentify opportunities to design and sell structured derivative solutions to existing and potential institutional clientsBuild pipeline and convert into new dealsIncrease business done with new clients by selling and structuring derivative solutions into an increasingly broader range of clientsBuild and maintain relationships with clients by demonstrating a deep understanding of client needs, communication, acting on feedback, and delivering on client expectationsRetain clients by deepening relationships and providing relevant solutions through existing product offering or collaborating with the necessary stakeholders to develop new solutions that better meet client needs, within the necessary legal frameworksActively participate in collaboration, cross selling, idea generation or innovation, convergence and client alignment with internal stakeholders by maintaining good relationships with internal stakeholders, thinking in a collaborative mind-set when exploring potential opportunities with clients and implementing transactions as a result of collaborative effortUphold Nedbank's integrity by delivering client solutions honestly, with due skill, care and diligence, maintaining a risk centric paradigm and keeping abreast of regulations and internal policiesDevelop differentiated, superior products, solutions or structures that meet client needs in defined markets through seamless end to end execution, via client knowledge and resource utilisationEnsure adherence to internal policies and external regulatory requirements with regards to transactions, proposals, documentation, structures and models by complying with and being aware of internal compliance standards and external regulatory requirements.

Relevant Honours Degree, Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), FRM, Chartered Accountant (SA) CA(SA)Preferred Certifications
