Talent Acquisition Lead

Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Lead is a key ambassador of the TFG employer brand through designing talent acquisition strategies that attract and source high caliber talent, aligned with business and brand strategies as well as opportunities identified through the talent capability and talent planning processes. This role requires the Talent Acquisition Lead to take responsibility for the relevant talent acquisition policies and end to end processes, working with line management; HR shared services; SPA’s; vendors and third parties.As the Talent Acquisition Lead, your responsibilities will be to:Develop strong internal and external networks to build talent pipelines and succession.Optimise talent assessment tools in matching talent.Research latest sourcing and selection best practices.Manage stakeholder, vendor and third-party relationships.Ensure all relevant talent acquisition policies and processes are kept up to date and are accessibleResearch and develop best fit talent acquisition solutions with measurable ROIManage talent development priorities in line with budgetsMonitor and optimize service level agreements

Responsibilities + Skills

3 5 years of managerial experienceExcellent interpersonal, listening and communication skillsSkills as a strong relationship networker with a positive personal brand imageBusiness acumen required in finding best-fit talent acquisition solutions aligned to business and brand strategies


Talent market research skillsTalent acquisition strategy and job analysis knowledgePsychometrics knowledge is helpfulCustomer service orientation and social media influencerAttention to quality and detail combined with speed of talent placements


A relevant Business/Commerce degree HR preferable7+ years of functional experience in HR3 5 years of executive search experience
