Responsibilities + Skills
Ensure candidates are appropriately matched to roles in order to prevent inefficiencies and financial losses due to increased turnover, supervision and/or training. Find the right candidates, at the right time and at the right cost. Identify, manage and drive utilization of sourcing channels/tools that meet the business requirements and achieve efficiencies across FNBManage cost to income to increase profitability and efficiencies for the business. Identify process improvements in order to save costs
Minimum Qualification - Grade 12Preferred Qualification - Relevant Tertiary Qualification (Degree/Diploma in Social Science, Psychology or Human Resource Management or equivalent)
Experience - At least five years (5) years of sourcing and/or recruitment experience preferably in a Financial Services environment. At least 3 years experience in sourcing for senior management, executive and leadership roles
