Job descriptionOne of our Nomad Now Clients, an IT consulting company recognised as a strategic delivery partner to SA corporates, is seeking a Technical Support Manager.RequirementsExperience managing a team of IT support techniciansExperience training a support tech teamExperience analysing, prioritising, and resolving tech-related issues Responsibilities:Direct and coordinate a team of tech support specialists/help desk techniciansPrioritise IT-related problems as they come in to Help Desk and escalate when necessaryRegularly analyse and review logs to determine if problems are imminent, and develop solutions before they occurFollow up with customers to gauge their satisfaction with problem resolution; identify tech support problem areas (i.e., negative trends) and, if warranted, implement corrective actionsEnsure ongoing training for tech support staff, advise tech support staff on career planning, maintain and analyse training records

Education
