Technician (Building Controller) (Grade 10)

Job Description

The primary responsibilities of the successful incumbent will be the general

maintenance of the building and troubleshooting of problems; liaising with

contractors, maintenance staff and School personnel.

S/he will also be required to provide first line IT support, support/maintenance of the

School Bizhubs and access control into the building. S/he is expected to ensure

efficient functioning of the gas banks and safe receipt of equipment in the School.

The incumbent is required to assist the technical manager in restructuring and

preparing work areas and offices.

Matric and three year relevant tertiary qualificationTwo years relevant work experience in a tertiary environmentProven experience in word processing and spreadsheet
