Job Description

Candidate Duties/ Responsibilities:Receive calls regarding Product information including stock availabilityEffective communication to be achieved with Finance department and WarehouseProcessing of Orders and Ensuring correct Products and Pricing is supplied to customers in an Effective and Efficient MannerAssist with reception 3 hours a weekAbove Functions are not limited to and do not include all requirement

Responsibilities + Skills

Microsoft Office Experience is Essential (Outlook and Excel experience will be required including basic formal knowledge)Able to Prioritize and Multitask in a constantly changing environment (FMCG Experience is Key)Time managementAbility to go the extra mile and continue to learn and grow

Education

SAP Business One ExperienceStrong and Effective Communication SkillsAttention to detail is Key as there are Significant amount of orders to be processed on a monthly basis
