Job PurposeTo take on the role of professional nominee on approximately 200 high asset value trusts (market value of assets in excess of R5 million) and to provide specialist trust services to high net worth clients and in support of other business development activities within Nedgroup Trust.Job ResponsibilitiesAct as professional Trustee and manage relationships with all stakeholders on a book of trust clients (Testamentary, Inter vivos and special trusts).Duties will include:General Risk Management and Governance of the TrustsCompliance with all relevant regulationsProtection of Trust Assets, and interests of all beneficiariesProviding expertise as a Professional TrusteeBuilding professional relationships with various stakeholdersCo-ordination of administration, bookkeeping, compliance and legal functions
