Candidate Duties/ Responsibilities:Meet all targets with regard to stock replenishment and stock managementManage staff complement within budgeted personnel costsMaintain good merchandise and operational standards as per Company criteria.Ensure stock is palletised to Company's safety standards and racking requirements and is easily identifiable on receipt.Commitment to and involvement in initiatives aimed at reducing shrinkage.Ensure excellent standards of cleanliness; safety; hygiene and housekeeping.Performance manage subordinates in the department.

Education
Public Holidays, after Hours, as required by the business.Presentable at all times.Self-motivated, confident with a high level of initiative.Decisiveness and attention to detail required.
Experience
Matriculated or with relevant Managerial experience.
