Education
Good understanding of 4/5 star lodge operations, especially Food and Beverage, Front of house, Duty management and Hosting (Essential)
Experience
A relevant tertiary qualification in either Management or Hospitality (Beneficial)At least 3 years Hospitality experience in a Supervisory role (Essential)Previous lodge experience highly beneficial
