Online product training and webinars for Tour Operators and AgentsCommunicate, arrange, and host site inspectionsManage social media pages, create social media calendars, source images and contentCollateral: Assist with the content, images, and check all correct before final sign off for designerDevelop and establish new partnersFocus on nurturing the client base with emphasis on targeting new business relationshipsCommunicate and review client (database) requirements and expectations and communicate to reservations and operations of hotel (where needed)To develop future and repeat business contributing to the profitability of the HotelTo deliver the brand standards of outstanding customer service whilst ensuring a clear and effective line of communication is maintainedKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and EXPERTISEAt least 3 years’ experience in the same position and working under Sales and Marketing directionPreferably holder of a Diploma in Hospitality ManagementThe job holder must be commercially driven and have a good knowledge of sales and business development activities.Experience must have been gained in a sales and marketing environment where business management, and customer loyalty insights have been demonstrated.Good negotiation and personal skills, augmented by pleasant and cheerful, but firm personalityMaturity, good leadership skills, innovation, resourcefulness, and creativity are important requirements Please forward your CV and include copies of your qualifications and contactable references.
