The Collections Debt Review Administrator manages a debt review portfolio and ensures all legislative and compliance requirements are achieved. The incumbent does this by maintaining compliance requirements such as Debt Collectors Act, National Credit Act of 2005 and the National Credit Amendment Act of 2014.
