Purpose of the job The aim for the incumbent is to implement systems and processes in order to mitigate workplace conflict. In this role, the incumbent must manage the implementation of employee relations strategies, policies and procedures in line with the organizations priorities and objectives.To strengthen the employer-employee relationship through identifying and resolving workplace issues, measuring employee satisfaction and morale, and providing support and input to the company's performance management process.
Responsibilities + Skills
To compile and submit all formal communication to Labour Union as specified in the requirements of the collective agreement on a continuousTo organise and facilitate the monthly meetings between the organisation and the Labour Union within the framework of the organisation's values.
Education
To build and maintain effective relationships with relevant Labour Union and representatives within the framework of the organisation.
