Job Description

Job PurposeTo provide strategic thought leadership to the Cluster by providing management information for the development and execution of strategy, managing strategic projects and providing a risk management function to achieve Nedbank's strategic goals. Execute the digital transformation framework in the cluster and re imagine the business to support the ME's intent to deliver better results.Job ResponsibilitiesEnsure alignment and achievement of Nedbank strategy and create a competitive advantage by translating the Nedbank strategy into Cluster strategy implications.Develop and introduce a Cluster strategy that will create a culture that drives the Cluster and Nedbank's vision and values.Facilitate cluster strategic planning by setting clear objectives for gathering Cluster Exco views and priorities for 3 year cycle.Ensure implementation and execution of Cluster strategy by analysing and tracking key performance indicators against forecasted results.Plan and implement effective ways to cascade and communicate the cluster strategy and strategic initiatives within the Cluster.Provide relevant business intelligence to the Cluster through proactive sourcing, analysing and interpretation of data.
